This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with industry developments.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Evaluate dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance, focusing on loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with various sectors of the automotive industry.
• Strong financial insight with proficiency in key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners across various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and drive as needed.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated for the first month), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
