This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Observe portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge, including familiarity with key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Capacity to sit and stand for extended durations.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
