This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Track dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor overall portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel by air and ground transportation.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated in the first month), $1,500 for the 5th and 6th months, $1,000 for the 7th month, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
