This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company offerings.
• Perform market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Deliver training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk-assessment models to determine dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, with some overnight travel necessary.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
