This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting and retaining automotive dealership clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company services.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align offerings with industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships utilizing financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer effectiveness, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 25%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and drive as necessary.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (first month prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
