This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Detect opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and endorsing company offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships utilizing financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial literacy with working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel more than 25%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and by car.
• Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated in the first month), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
