This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing options and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Perform market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experiences.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Evaluate dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial understanding and proficiency in key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to engage with clients while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is required.
