This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing options and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial insight with a practical understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by air and road.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
