This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining clients in the automotive dealership sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and ensure services align with industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and available services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan amounts, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as required.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first four months (prorated for the first month), $1,500 for months five and six, $1,000 for month seven, and $333 for months eight through twelve.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
