This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Discover portfolio-expansion opportunities by presenting financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with evolving industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track portfolio performance, which includes monitoring loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid grasp of key financial tools and terminologies.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and interact with external partners at different levels of the organization.
• Exceptional time management skills to effectively meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (first month prorated), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
