This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry developments.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Observe dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with both internal team members and external partners.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75% of the time, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver's license is required.
