This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Act as the main point of contact for dealerships utilizing the OEM Digital Retailing system.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the OEM program, dealership operations, and best practices in automotive retail.
• Lead the training and ongoing support for users throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure dealership staff adhere to turnaround times for essential implementation milestones.
• Identify and address potential risks during the implementation phase.
• Foster partnerships with dealership teams through both in-person and virtual consultations, coaching, and training.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively.
• Create actionable plans that align with dealership processes and operational requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with integrated vendor partners.
• Document, communicate, and escalate any issues or concerns that arise.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance metrics.
• Engage in performance reviews and strategic planning meetings.
• Focus on high-impact activities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and program-related expenses in accordance with Maritz guidelines.
• Experience in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the retail automotive industry, including dealership terminology, structures, and workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership and automotive retail software platforms such as DMS, CRM, and digital retailing solutions.
• Knowledge of dealership desking or F&I processes.
• Ability to keep pace with rapidly changing digital solutions.
• Capacity to maintain a positive, solutions-focused demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Strong collaboration skills with teams, clients, and vendor partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in delivering presentations, engaging in productive discussions, and handling objections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must reside in the Washington, D.C. / Baltimore, MD area.
