Automotive Aftersales Consultant Specialist, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with dealerships throughout Romania to enhance aftermarket parts sales performance, streamline operations, and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Perform dealer evaluations, uncover business enhancement opportunities, and execute action plans that yield measurable outcomes.

• Mentor and develop dealership teams on sales methodologies, best practices in the aftermarket sector, pricing strategies, and digital ordering solutions.

• Cultivate and reinforce connections with independent repairers and garage networks to promote sales growth and foster customer loyalty.

• Assess business performance, track KPIs, and offer strategic recommendations that support sustainable growth.

• Travel approximately 50% across Romania.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

• Fluent in Romanian.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, field sales, network development, dealership operations, or workshop consulting.

• Familiarity with dealer operations, workshop processes, and B2B automotive parts distribution.

• Experience in conducting dealer performance evaluations, audits, assessments, and improvement initiatives.

• Capability to analyze KPIs, market trends, and customer performance data to uncover growth opportunities.

• Preferred: experience with independent repairer networks and garage chains.

• Preferred: knowledge of digital ordering platforms, workshop management systems, or automotive retail technology solutions.

• Preferred: experience in delivering coaching, training, or business development programs.

• Preferred: additional proficiency in European languages.
