This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive automation solutions throughout the organization, encompassing integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, and scripting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and assess potential automation opportunities.

• Utilize discretion in determining when to implement AI as opposed to traditional integrations, scripts, or workflow modifications.

• Manage integrations and data transfer between various systems, including SharePoint, SQL, file shares, and documents.

• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and ensure the freshness of downstream data.

• Create AI functionalities such as prompt design, RAG pipelines, chunking, embedding, vector indexing, and LLM integrations.

• Work collaboratively on the C#/.NET and Angular ERP codebase through feature development, bug fixes, and code reviews.

• Establish and maintain containerized services, including self-hosted Qdrant components, on Azure.

• Partner with specialized consultants to gain knowledge and minimize consulting expenses.

• Rapidly prototype to validate automation concepts prior to full-scale implementation.

• Monitor system performance and resolve production script failures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a backend developer.

• Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.

• Understanding of RAG concepts, chunking methods, embeddings, and vector search techniques.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities for integration-related challenges.

• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Airflow.

• Experience with Redis for caching, lightweight queues, and managing workflow states.

• Proficient in deploying applications using Docker.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure.

• Solid understanding of version control and basic CI/CD pipelines.

• Capability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot production script issues.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• 3–7 years of full-time full-stack development experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in building system integrations, data integrations, or APIs for essential business applications.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time zone.

• This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.
