Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate vehicle damage

• Calculate estimated repair costs for vehicles

• Negotiate fair settlements

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with all parties involved and review insurance policies

• Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates

• Manage rental vehicle arrangements

• Address customer issues and ensure a satisfactory experience

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions

• Complete necessary hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA training facility and field training center

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• A valid driver's license in accordance with company underwriting standards is required

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred

• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable objectives is preferred

• An active Adjuster's license is preferred; training and exam costs will be covered

• A college degree is preferred

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills

• Ability to adapt, pay attention to details, and manage multiple priorities across various platforms

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
