Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide support and solutions to customers following an accident

• Evaluate and assess vehicle damage

• Calculate vehicle repair expenses

• Negotiate fair settlements

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with all parties involved and review insurance agreements

• Inspect vehicles and prepare cost estimates

• Manage rental vehicle processes

• Address customer concerns to ensure a positive experience

• Foster customer satisfaction through impactful interactions

• Complete necessary hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA training facility and field training center

⛳️ Requirements

• Customer-facing experience is preferred

• Experience in high-volume call centers with key performance indicators and measurable objectives is preferred

• Active Adjusters license is preferred; training and exam expenses will be covered

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• A college degree is preferred

• Valid driver's license that complies with company underwriting standards is required

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy

• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking across various platforms

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
