Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to carry out minor automotive reconditioning tasks, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs, utilizing advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finalize vehicle surfaces.

• Operate independently at partner sites such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.

• Provide prompt, high-quality results that surpass customer expectations.

• Manage your workday autonomously without the need for micromanagement.

• Assist customers while collaborating as part of a supportive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Excellent attention to detail and color precision.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possessing a robust work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift weights up to 45 lbs.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Required to wear suitable personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator.

• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment evaluations, which may include a physical examination, vision check, background verification, and drug screening.
