This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing support and consultation to clients for the development of tailored solutions and fostering long-term customer relationships

• Professional presentation of products, solutions, and concepts on-site at the client's location

• Actively assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies

• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, as well as growing the customer base through product and service bundling and new customer acquisition

• Creation, presentation, and follow-up of offers

• Independent execution of contract negotiations and reviews

• Commercial and technical consulting, as well as the development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with merchandisers

• Close collaboration with back office, sales support, and merchandisers to ensure smooth operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training

• Professional experience as a field sales representative

• Strong hands-on mentality

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Independent and structured working style

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Confidence in negotiations and closing deals

• Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel

• Knowledge of ERP-Microsoft-Navision is an advantage

• Class B driver's license

• Willingness to travel
