📋 Description

• Facilitate conversations with clients to gain insights into their business protocols and claims workflows, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their requirements.

• Create and manage business guidelines utilizing CCC’s Audit rules engine.

• Perform thorough analysis of Audit rule outcomes to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Advise clients with actionable insights to support the attainment of their performance objectives.

• Address troubleshooting inquiries from both customers and internal account teams.

• Collaborate with Product Development to launch new rule templates and suggest enhancements to existing solutions.

• Establish clear expectations while ensuring that timelines and deliverables are communicated effectively and adhered to.

• Work closely with clients and potential clients to comprehend their business requirements and optimize the benefits of CCC’s Estimating and Workflow solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in analyzing intricate data and deriving significant insights.

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.

• Innovative problem-solver capable of working autonomously.

• Familiarity with the insurance claims process is advantageous.
