Audio Editing Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversation with language models focused on audio editing scenarios and theoretical questions related to audio engineering.

• Assess the technical precision and creative soundness of the model's responses.

• Document reproducible error traces and record instances of model failure.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics related to audio editing and production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in audio editing, covering sound design, waveform editing, noise reduction, mixing and mastering, multitrack session work, and vocal processing.

• Familiarity with EQ balancing, compression techniques, spatial audio, automation envelopes, DAW workflows, podcast editing, and audio post-production for film.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Acoustics, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Studio experience, a professional editing portfolio, or practical experience with Pro Tools, Audition, Logic Pro, Reaper, or Ableton Live is essential.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, along with the capability to illustrate your work.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet access for contract work.
