Attorney – Insurance Law, Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage client matters independently, both in litigation and out of court.

• Specialize mainly in insurance law and/or employment law.

• Prepare pleadings and legal opinions.

• Liaise with clients, insurers, authorities, and opposing legal counsel.

• Participate in court hearings.

• Assume full responsibility for the assigned proceedings.

• If desired, engage in additional areas of law and cultivate your own expertise.

• Utilize digital tools and electronic files for efficient matter management.

• Must be admitted to practice as an attorney.

• Demonstrate a reliable and independent approach to work.

• Enjoy managing client matters autonomously.

• Possess excellent written communication skills.

• Exhibit strong legal reasoning and argumentation abilities.

• Have an interest in digital workflows.

• Willingness to learn about new legal issues.

• Professional experience in insurance law or employment law is beneficial but not mandatory.
