Attorney – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support the expansion of the firm's property casualty litigation sector.

• Oversee cases in both state and federal courts.

• Handle discovery processes.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Draft petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• Gain insights into the legal profession.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in civil litigation, ideally in property casualty.

• Proven experience in managing cases within state and federal courts.

• Proficient in managing discovery tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in taking and defending depositions.

• Skilled in writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
