Legal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek and connect with attorneys using phone, video, and digital platforms.

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of high-caliber candidates.

• Perform comprehensive candidate interviews to evaluate suitability.

• Assist candidates throughout the entire recruiting process.

• Provide guidance and insights to candidates regarding their career choices.

• Collaborate internally with the business development team.

• Identify, attract, recruit, and place top-tier legal professionals.

• Concentrate on sourcing, engaging, recruiting, and supporting law firm associate attorneys for client needs.

• Operate within a 180/split desk model without responsibilities for business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency experience preferred) for seasoned recruiters.

• Strong skills in outbound sourcing.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and successfully close candidates.

• Proficient in managing multiple candidates and processes at the same time.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable with outreach efforts and phone-based discussions.

• Competitive, driven, and resilient personality.

• Interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or sales.

• Confidence in executing cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
