Attorney – Consumer Rights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare pleadings, defenses, appeals, and initial complaints of varying complexities;

• Maintain and update case management and procedural tracking systems;

• Create and execute various strategies to manage and effectively progress cases within the designated caseload;

• Engage in high-volume civil litigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);

• Specialization in civil procedural law or related fields is advantageous;

• Proficiency in English is an added benefit;

• Strong understanding of civil procedural law and civil law;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

• A proactive mindset;

• Exceptional communication skills, both internal and external, including with clients;

• Outstanding organizational abilities, a sense of urgency, and capacity to optimize time and workflows;

• Resilience and readiness to tackle challenging situations;

• Experience in civil litigation and high-volume practices;

• Prior experience as an attorney in a law firm.
