This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Handle specific calls from Claro clients

• Provide effective assistance and solutions

• Address inquiries and questions

• Manage complaints

• Offer information on the best services for Claro Móvil Corporativo (RUC)

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement)

• Completed secondary education

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory

• PC or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM

• Operating system: Windows 11 PRO

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Functional headset with a microphone

• Webcam

• Service-oriented attitude

• Ability to handle pressure

• Capability to provide guidance
