Atención al Cliente, Full Time y Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Handle and/or receive specific calls from Claro RUC 10 clients (businesses)

• Provide customer service for Claro Corporate Mobile, without sales

• Work remotely for Claro Perú clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (mandatory requirement)

• Completed secondary education

• Experience in customer service for at least 3 months (formal or informal)

• Must have personal work tools

• PC or laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM

• Windows 11 PRO operating system

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Headset with a functional microphone

• Webcam
