This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls to assist Claro POSTPAID customers with their inquiries and concerns

• Provide customer service; sales are not part of this role

• Conduct 100% remote management

• Participate in paid remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday

• Work during the afternoon shift within the time frame of 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Enjoy time off between Thursday and Sunday

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education

• Formal or informal experience in Customer Service or sales (3 months)

• Must have equipment (Computer or Laptop) to work from home

• Windows 11 PRO

• 8GB RAM

• Wired internet connection

• Webcam and headphones

• Must possess all specified technical tools at 100%
