This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers as a Customer Service Advisor.

• Operate in a remote work setting.

• Adhere to the remote management schedule from Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., with assigned shifts.

• Enjoy a rotating day off once a week.

• Engage in in-person training sessions in Lima.

• Must be 18 years or older (valid ID required).

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Must have a PC or laptop and internet access.

• Secondary education is required.

• Rotating day off once a week.
