This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries from home

• Engage in training using a laptop or PC with a wired internet connection

• Work full-time afternoon shifts

• Provide a unique customer experience through human agents and AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% from home

• A laptop or PC is required for training

• Wired internet connection with speeds greater than 30mb

• Full-time afternoon schedules

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and a desire to learn

• Professional experience: less than 1 year
