Assurance Learning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, audit leaders, and stakeholders to determine educational needs and create customized curriculum solutions.

• Partner with RSM's inspection programs to pinpoint learning requirements and weave inspection themes into the learning curricula.

• Design and create courses, workshops, and resources that align with industry standards, firm policies, and best practices.

• Supervise the development and delivery of relevant, current curriculum content for auditors across various experience levels.

• Monitor and assess training effectiveness using feedback and data, implementing continuous improvements.

• Stay updated with trends in learning and development and incorporate innovative approaches into the curriculum strategy.

• Manage other curriculum developers as necessary, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• CPA certification is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in auditing and learning and development, specifically in curriculum development.

• Strong understanding of the auditing profession and its standards, as well as the distinct learning needs of auditors.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering impactful curriculum content and initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

• Must reside in the United States.
