This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of Salesforce data to enhance visibility, forecasting, and effective follow-up.
• Oversee the management of the pipeline and administrative follow-up to safeguard the flow and conversion of opportunities.
• Assist with advisor matching and routing to guarantee prompt responses and appropriate handling of leads.
• Act as a backup resource for incoming FC calls and provide support as necessary.
• Organize Financial Planning Group (FPG) proposal requests and other sales support activities to efficiently advance opportunities.
• Handle wholesaling and FC-facing email support to boost responsiveness and consistency.
• Ensure speed-to-lead and overall responsiveness across the market through disciplined execution of tasks and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with market leadership to support branch events and conduct post-event follow-up activities.
• Assist the Regional Vice President by gathering and organizing prospect data and personal information to streamline the onboarding process for new clients.
• Enhance the capacity of the Regional Vice President, improve speed-to-lead, boost conversion rates, and elevate the overall experience for prospects.
• Primarily provide internal sales execution support, with occasional external contact to assist RVP, FC, and advisor communications and follow-up.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, sales support, or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, high-volume sales environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the industry and investment management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy settings.
• Experience in assessing the needs of partners and prospects through probing inquiries, providing solutions, and requesting appropriate actions.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Position involves both daytime and evening hours.
