Associate Therapist, NJ LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Perform clinical social work evaluations during initial intake sessions

• Collect clients’ psychosocial backgrounds, primary concerns, symptoms, adverse childhood experiences, and pertinent details

• Conduct mental status evaluations

• Administer CSSR-S, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 assessments

• Develop treatment strategies and therapeutic goals

• Deliver continuous individual, family, and group psychotherapy

• Offer psychoeducation and evidence-based approaches to enhance emotional and mental wellness, alleviate stress, and cultivate coping strategies

• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client care and progress towards treatment goals

• Work with children, adolescents, and families referred by schools across New Jersey

• Provide contributions to the ongoing development of Marble’s clinical and operational procedures

• Must hold a license in the state of New Jersey

• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic practices

• Dedication to continuous professional growth

• Experience or capability to provide care to children, adolescents, and families

• Competency in conducting psychosocial and mental status evaluations

• Proficiency in administering CSSR-S, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 assessments

• Ability to formulate treatment plans and objectives

• Capability to deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy

• Skill in providing psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions

• Ability to consult with a supervisor regarding client progress

• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with diverse populations

• Empathy, compassion, receptiveness to feedback, and active participation in supervision
