Associate Therapist, LPC-A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students throughout Texas

• Collaborate with school counselors and families across the state

• Engage in case consultations

• Assist in the development of clinical programs as Daybreak Health expands

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LPC-A license in Texas is mandatory

• At least 500 post-graduate supervised hours must have been completed

• Experience or a strong passion for working with school-aged children and their families

• Proficient with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Availability on Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings; weekend slots are also an option

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred

• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities is preferred

• Previous experience in school settings or with youth-focused initiatives is preferred

• Active NPI and CAQH are preferred
