Associate Therapist, LMSW, LAPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Assess and treat mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Offer around 30 patient-facing hours weekly, generally attending to 6–8 patients daily.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient visits.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Maintain a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Availability for approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically managing 6–8 patients per day.

• Competence in completing clinical documentation during patient sessions.

• Active or associate therapist licensure or application status as specified in the application.
