Associate Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions and requirements.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans utilizing both conventional and alternative therapeutic methods.

• Offer remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups.

• Implement evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other tailored strategies.

• Stay updated with mental health research and incorporate relevant findings into practice.

• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care.

• Engage in professional development opportunities.

• Keep precise client records, therapy documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Work with patients aged 6 and older in both in-person and telehealth settings.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., ACSW, AMFT, APCC).

• Experience with various therapeutic approaches and modalities.

• Competence in providing remote therapy sessions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.

• Adequate home office setup to ensure client privacy and a professional telehealth environment.

• Ability to accommodate up to 35 patients on the schedule.

• Must see patients ages 6 and older, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
