Associate Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to drive growth and the adoption of Aroa Biosurgery’s soft tissue repair portfolio in Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.

• Assist customer accounts throughout the sales and clinical processes.

• Provide coverage in the operating room for cases.

• Conduct follow-up patient care.

• Deliver product training and in-servicing.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Cultivate customer accounts.

• Aid in the execution of territory plans.

• Foster customer relationships.

• Identify growth opportunities.

• Maintain an active presence within key accounts.

• Enhance understanding of Aroa’s product portfolio, competitive landscape, and the clinical and economic factors affecting purchasing decisions.

• Engage directly in the field with surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Contribute to enhancing patient outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, surgical products, or another business-to-business sales setting.

• Experience or familiarity with operating rooms, hospitals, outpatient clinics, or other clinical environments is highly desirable.

• Strong enthusiasm for medical device sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Ability to establish credible, consultative relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital staff, supply chain stakeholders, and other customers.

• Confidence in clinical environments while supporting operating room cases, product applications, follow-up care, and customer education.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to grasp technical and clinical concepts and convey them effectively to diverse audiences.

• Commercially inclined with a proactive mindset.

• Drive to meet sales targets and foster territory growth.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, including case coverage, customer visits, inventory, and administrative tasks.

• Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally overnight for customer meetings, training, conferences, and company events.
