This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to foster growth and enhance the adoption of Aroa Biosurgery’s soft tissue repair portfolio in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Assist customer accounts throughout the sales and clinical journey.
• Provide coverage for operating room cases.
• Conduct follow-up care for patients.
• Deliver product training sessions.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Aid in account development.
• Help implement territory plans and cultivate customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and maintain an active presence within key accounts.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Aroa’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and clinical and economic purchasing considerations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other healthcare stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, surgical products, or another business-to-business sales setting.
• Experience or familiarity with operating rooms, hospitals, outpatient clinics, or other clinical settings is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for medical device sales and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
• Ability to establish credible, consultative relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital personnel, supply chain stakeholders, and other clients.
• Confidence in clinical environments and in supporting operating room cases, product applications, follow-up care, and customer education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to grasp technical and clinical concepts and convey them effectively to diverse audiences.
• Commercially oriented and proactive, with a drive to meet sales targets and stimulate territory growth.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Quick learner capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced, field-based setting.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally overnight for customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and company events.
