This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the requirements and execution for tactical features and enhancements within the Contracts product, overseeing the process from scoping to engineering handoff and launch.
• Manage the triage of confirmed issue reports, feedback, and feature requests related to the Contracts product in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Recognize patterns in support tickets and escalations, transforming the most impactful issues into clearly defined feature or hardening tasks.
• Prioritize and convert issues into engineering-ready requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on changes prior to production release.
• Act as a trusted resource for the Customer Success team regarding support ticket status and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering to ensure successful execution.
• Enhance the structure of the Contracts support intake and execution processes.
• Assume broader product ownership within the Contracts product as trust and contextual understanding grow.
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or health technology.
• Knowledge of managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Experience in triaging, prioritizing, or managing incoming customer requests, preferably in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and/or Engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while establishing structure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized and dependable, demonstrating strong judgment regarding urgency and impact.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge is required.
• Experience in product management or as a product owner is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL or comfort in utilizing AI tools to address technical inquiries is a plus.
