This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Connect with Health Care Professionals via telephone to promote designated client products and enhance their selling potential.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with HCPs, providing them with information on product features, advantages, safety profile, and approved uses.
• Utilize approved resources for product promotion while maintaining knowledge of products, programs, and customer activities.
• Oversee daily sales call activities to influence customers and boost product sales.
• Promote client products through outbound and/or inbound calls and engage in comprehensive product discussions with designated HCP targets.
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists while delivering value-added benefits to enhance product volume.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet territory and business sales objectives.
• Maintain required call productivity and metrics.
• Meet quarterly client sales targets.
• Communicate effectively using approved messaging and promotional materials.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of client products and programs.
• Enter and verify information in Amplity/client CRM systems, including target responses, call activities, product orders, and follow-up actions.
• Listen to and address customer needs and inquiries within program timelines.
• Collaborate with client field sales account managers and sales managers regarding territory coverage.
• Prepare management reports as necessary.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy, and data guidelines.
• Engage in meetings, training sessions, and relevant national or local conventions.
• Report to the Amplity Sales Manager or Program Director.
• Collaborate with program team members and Amplity home-office support.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and client contacts.
• Complete additional assigned projects.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 1 year of prior sales and/or customer engagement experience with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to accommodate multiple time zones as necessary.
• Experience in account and territory management is preferred.
• Inside Sales or Contact Center experience is preferred.
• Aesthetics experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear, articulate, and grammatically correct speech, with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong focus on customer support and service.
• Ability to learn, understand, and convey complex information over the phone.
• Strong relationship-building and active listening abilities.
• Skills in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation.
• Capability to successfully complete projects and assignments.
• Proficiency in understanding and communicating complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within and outside the company.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must successfully complete all client training requirements and meet training expectations.
• Must be available to participate in meetings, training sessions, and conventions when requested.
• Must be able to drive to and around customer offices within the designated region during field sales activities.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
