Associate, Scoring Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assess the responses provided by teacher candidates.

• Absorb training materials and the scoring guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative discussions.

• Utilize the scoring guide based on rubric standards while setting aside personal biases.

• Fulfill the quality and productivity standards set for the scoring initiative.

• Collaborate with fellow scorers in activities aimed at achieving consensus in scoring.

• Evaluate Oklahoma Driver Safety exams remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a teaching credential relevant to the content area.

• Currently be teaching or have taught within the last three years at the appropriate educational level.

• Alternatively, serve or have served as a faculty member instructing courses taken by students in a teacher preparation or district internship program.

• Alternatively, hold a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree and be a graduate student currently teaching courses in the specified content area.

• Reside in Oklahoma or California with the eligibility to work in the United States.

• Have fundamental computer skills (keyboard and mouse proficiency).

• Capability to participate in online meetings using a personal computer equipped with a webcam, microphone, and speakers.

• Ability to remain seated for extended durations.

• Capacity to uphold a confidential work environment.
