Associate Sales Representative – Federal Civilian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Partner with an Emerging Account Executive to maintain and grow the existing customer base within a designated territory.

• Utilize AI, vertical strategies, and cross-functional collaborations.

• Focus on existing customers within the assigned territory.

• Reduce renewal risks and prevent churn for every account each quarter.

• Gain additional responsibilities based on performance.

• Implement the UiPath Sales Process from start to finish and drive sales.

• Identify, manage, and finalize opportunities related to AI, Test Suite, Agentic, Subsidiaries, and SAP.

• Collaborate with vertical specialists and marketing on initiatives.

• Develop and present proposals and business cases.

• Work with CSMs, SEs, and partners to support deals and enhance speed to close.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management and/or as an Account Executive, specifically targeting Federal Civilian clients.

• Proven track record showcasing an acquisition-oriented approach.

• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to clearly and practically communicate complex ideas.

• Strong discipline in account planning and client-focused research.

• Capability to proactively uncover opportunities through business-driven discussions.

• Confidence in navigating intricate customer organizations and establishing relationships across various functions and seniority levels.

• Effective teamwork with internal teams and partners.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
