This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in covering clinical cases while fostering relationships.
• Successfully complete all mandatory training throughout the program's duration.
• Provide coverage for available territories, including during leaves of absence and vacancies.
• Implement targeted sales campaigns.
• Acquire, practice, and convey approved clinical and sales communication strategies.
• Aid in conducting in-services, on-site training, and authorized customer educational initiatives.
• Monitor customer interactions, cases, and sales activities using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage in coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and development evaluations.
• Comply with hospital credentialing, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Professionally represent Medtronic in customer interactions and clinical settings.
• Cover a multi-state region, traveling at least 75% of the time, which includes significant overnight stays.
• Achieve quarterly MBO objectives, including procedures covered, in-services/trainings, market development efforts, territory coverage, leads/opportunities generated, and revenue.
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Reside within 40 miles of Orlando or Tampa.
• Must be willing to relocate.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Hold unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• At least 1-3 years of previous sales experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of company products & services.
• Prior experience in medical device, business-to-business, or technical sales is preferred.
• Previous sales training experience.
• Proven track record of success in prior roles demonstrated by high sales performance.
• Strong customer orientation in delivering sales results and building relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong persuasion abilities.
• Coachable attitude and receptiveness to feedback.
• Comfort in learning technical products and clinical terminology.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced procedural settings.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and navigate independently.
• Ability to lift/move 25 pounds regularly.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
