Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales initiatives of Certified Surgical Sales Representatives and Independent Manufacturers Representatives within the designated region.

• Enhance and grow sales in the OR Business Unit for both current and prospective accounts.

• Conduct sales visits to surgeons, operating room management, nursing staff, supply chain personnel, and administrative teams.

• Articulate the advantages of CooperSurgical products within surgical practices and operating rooms.

• Gather and deliver weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.

• Strategize and implement the sales plan to meet sales and business objectives within the assigned region and territory.

• Complete required product and surgical application training, assessments, and competency evaluations.

• Educate and train physicians, nursing staff, and cleaning and sterilization personnel on appropriate product usage and maintenance.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university.

• Entry-level experience of 0-2 years in documented and verifiable sales, preferably in a hospital/OR setting or clinical experience in Labor & Delivery.

• Proven track record of increasing sales in previous roles.

• Positive and satisfactory feedback from business and personal references.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time each month.

• Must maintain medical documentation and a sound health profile to meet customer requirements within the territory.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must keep certifications up-to-date in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives, Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA regulations as required.
