This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Assist in customer meetings, business evaluations, and account strategy activities.
• Build connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Gain insights into customer organizational frameworks, procurement processes, and market trends.
• Provide a professional, customer-centric experience in all interactions.
• Oversee designated sales tasks under the mentorship of sales leadership.
• Keep customer and opportunity data updated in CRM systems.
• Engage in pipeline assessments, forecasting discussions, and strategic business planning.
• Aid in identifying, qualifying, and driving growth opportunities.
• Acquire knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, distribution, supply chain, procedural, and GPO factors.
• Recognize financial elements that affect customers and Owens & Minor.
• Evaluate customer opportunities and formulate solution-driven recommendations.
• Utilize data and analytics to enhance sales performance and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Clinical, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Assist in the execution of customer solutions and growth strategies.
• Attend regional meetings, sales functions, and development initiatives.
• Achieve sales growth targets through effective opportunity and pipeline management.
• Take charge of territory and account strategies for growth and margin improvement.
• Conduct exploratory and business discussions to promote and implement growth at accounts.
• Report directly to the Area Sales Director for the designated role.
• Bachelor’s Degree obtained within the last 0–3 years in business, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience through internships, athletics, organizations, military service, or work experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong business insight and a keen aptitude for learning.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: internship or work experience in sales, healthcare, business development, customer service, or account management.
• Preferred: experience in presenting, project leadership, or influencing others.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems or business technology platforms.
