This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Execute activities related to the Centralized Accounts Management Unit in accordance with established policies, procedures, delivery standards, audit requirements, and objectives for customer satisfaction.

• Evaluate account opening forms and associated documents necessary for the establishment and maintenance of PVT/SME customer accounts.

• Assess, verify, and process customer requests for online banking products and services via internet and mobile phone platforms.

• Activate and manage all varieties of accounts along with online banking products and services.

• Assist marketing and sales teams by delivering enhanced account and online banking services.

• Comply with stipulated service-level agreements and productivity benchmarks.

• Handle cases with an accuracy rate of 99% and ensure no escalations occur.
