Associate – Retail Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Execute activities of the Centralized Accounts Management Unit in line with established policies, procedures, delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and productivity expectations

• Assess account opening forms and associated documents for the establishment and upkeep of PVT/SME customer accounts

• Review, validate, and process customer requests for online banking products and services via internet and mobile platforms

• Activate and manage all types of accounts along with online banking products and services

• Assist marketing and sales teams by offering value-added services

• Handle cases with a 99% accuracy rate and zero escalations

• Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
