Associate Renewals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing current programs to optimize company revenue and address customer-related contract challenges.

• Actively manage subscription opportunities and resolve issues alongside Account Managers.

• Recognize accounts at risk and formulate mitigation strategies for resolution.

• Deliver engaging demonstrations of Workiva’s comprehensive product and service offerings.

• Oversee renewal sales activities to successfully close deals by showcasing Workiva’s value proposition.

• Review and verify installed base reports for accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue accounts for renewal opportunities.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

• Consistently update customer relationship management tools in a timely manner.

• Provide precise forward-looking insights through pipeline analysis.

• Strategize and implement sales plans to finalize sales and maximize profitability.

• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain regular communication with accounts that may expand their subscriptions or XBRL services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school or secondary school diploma.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in SaaS sales or renewals.

• Capability to work remotely and manage one's schedule independently.

• Strong time management and territory management abilities.

• Reliable internet access for any duration spent working remotely, outside of a Workiva office.

• Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Basic understanding of accounting is desirable.

• Familiarity with the Software as a Service business model is advantageous.

• Training in Force Management is a plus.
