Associate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sourcing and onboarding processes for various roles that support patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM).

• Engage with both the business and candidates.

• Implement effective recruiting core practices.

• Manage recruiting activities independently.

• Address talent acquisition requirements stemming from company expansion.

• Capability to devise and execute sourcing strategies for recruitment across a range of roles.

• Proactive and self-sufficient with a strong sense of initiative.

• Exceptional time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation techniques.

• Proven success in directly reaching out to passive candidates via phone or possessing relevant inside sales experience.

• Motivated to achieve and exceed performance targets, consistently seeking improvements.

• Competitive nature with the ambition to surpass established KPIs and excel as a top performer.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.

• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is required.

• Previous experience in Healthcare Recruiting is advantageous.

• High-speed internet connection is required (satellite and 5G-based internet are not acceptable).
