This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist Provider Development Managers in fostering and sustaining relationships with essential service providers and business partners.
• Aid in provider engagement initiatives and established procedures that support service quality, provider involvement, and network expansion.
• Help in collecting, organizing, and reviewing provider KPIs and performance data, while escalating trends or issues as necessary.
• Develop an understanding of ServiceChannel Marketplace programs and the processes related to the provider network.
• Engage in discussions and meetings with providers to comprehend their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Keep provider profiles in ServiceChannel accurate and up-to-date.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and present recommendations to the team.
• Track marketplace trends and relay observations to the Provider Development team.
• Assist in the creation of value propositions, provider communications, marketing strategies, and initiatives related to growth.
• Take part in departmental projects and support the implementation of new guidelines, processes, or programs.
• Help with data analysis and reporting tasks concerning provider performance, network expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Support client-facing teams by collecting provider information, researching network requirements, and resolving provider-related inquiries.
• Acquire and implement ServiceChannel procedures, tools, and best practices while assuming additional responsibilities.
• Report complex provider, client, or operational challenges and aid in their resolution as instructed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, procurement, account management, operations, or a related area is preferred.
• A keen interest in developing relationships with service providers and gaining knowledge of the Facility Management sector.
• A strong willingness and capacity to learn from colleagues and collaborate across various functions.
• Proficient communication skills to build positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete tasks and maintain information.
• Quick adaptability to new processes, systems, and software applications.
• Comfortable inquiring, seeking guidance, and integrating feedback.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive, professional demeanor with a dedication to delivering a quality experience for ServiceChannel providers and partners.
• Competence to work independently while discerning when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel with a willingness to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a remote work environment, showcasing strong attendance, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding and application of Provider Development processes and best practices.
• Proficient in effective communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to independently carry out established processes and assigned tasks.
• Skill in identifying opportunities, posing insightful questions, and providing recommendations.
• Ability to analyze data and convey relevant insights to the team.
• Demonstrated growth in confidence and independence during provider interactions.
