Associate Project Manager, Language Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee fundamental translation project workflows throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Delegate and supervise the tasks of linguists, language experts, and desktop publishers.

• Strategically plan, schedule, and execute project risk management efforts.

• Allocate resources effectively for various projects.

• Monitor project advancements to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and adherence to budget constraints.

• Manage daily client interactions, including providing status reports and developing project solutions.

• Promote efficient communication among project team members.

• Ensure the successful completion of administrative and financial tasks associated with the project.

• Gather KPI data for designated clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role, typically ranging from 0 to 2 years.

• 0–2 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in the field of life sciences translations.

• Experience with CAT/TMS tools is preferred.

• Capability to multitask, manage time effectively, stay organized, and maintain a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Equivalency through a combination of relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience may be deemed acceptable.
